February 24, 2008– Ford Simms has decided to run as candidate for the office of President of the United States. Ford, 10, officially announced his candidacy at New Hampshire New Year, a letterboxing event hosted by Team New Hampshire in Hooksett, New Hampshire, on January 5, 2008. His website officially launched on February 25, 2008. Mr. Simms stands for truth, the environment, and education—both in and out of the letterboxing world.
 

Biography

Ford Simms is a normal kid who lives in a normal town but he's just different from the others. He likes math and science and stuff and doesn't like to play video games all the time. It's true that he has lizards. He is ten years old. His favorite sports are lacrosse and hockey. He is allergic to black fly bites. When he gets them he looks like someone shoved a half golf ball under his skin. When he gets older he plans to be a scientist or anything else that he's fit to be. He loves to read. Ford was born on December 18, 1997. His favorite color is purple, and his favorite foods are corn and anything without tomatoes, onions, peppers, or mushrooms. He is the author of The Tail of the Geckos, a celebrated book about leopard geckos.
